3. REPEAT INFRINGERS
It is our policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
4. TAKEDOWN PROCEDURE
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
- Notify the user who posted the content
- Provide the user with a copy of the DMCA notice
5. RESTORATION OF CONTENT
If a counter-notification is received, we will:
- Forward the counter-notification to the original complainant
- Inform them that we may restore the content in 10 business days
- Restore the content if no legal action is taken within that period

7. MISREPRESENTATION
Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed by mistake or misidentification may be subject to liability.
